Panalpina is expanding its European perishables network with the acquisition of Belgium’s Adelantex and AD Handling for an undisclosed sum. Adelantex offers around 75,000 tons of annual air freight import capacity and also provides ground handling services at Brussels Airport, as well as European customs clearance and onward distribution services.
