Due to Covid-19 crisis, VAT and Intrastat declarations in Luxembourg can be postponed.
The Luxembourg VAT Administration (AEDT) shall, on request, grant time limits for the payment of VAT. A possible exceeding of a deadline for filing VAT returns is not administratively sanctioned.
STATEC also adopts tolerance measures by extending the deadline for filing Intrastat declarations for the reference months from February 2020 to May 2020.
