The Luxembourg Maritime Cluster (CML) has published its annual report 2020. Despite the challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the CML was able to maintain most of its events and develop new initiatives. One in particular was created with the Cluster for Logistics (C4L) and the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LCL): Young Logistics Professionals Networking Events. This initiative aims to reinforce networking between young professionals from logistics and maritime sectors. In addition, several webinars were organized with always a time to discuss and exchange between the participants.
2020 was also a particular year for the Luxembourg maritime sector: we celebrated 30 years of Luxembourg Maritime Law. The CML was honored to received Mr. Franz Fayot (Minister of Minister for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs, and Minister of the Economy) during the Gala of Shipowners that was possible to maintain during October 2020. To celebrate the anniversary, a painting was created and gave as a gift to Maritime Affairs.
