A new law entered into force on July 24th, 2018 to regulate controls on import, export, intra-Community transfer, and transit of dual-use goods, defense-related products and other goods such as diamonds.

This law also deals with commercial restrictives measures (quotas, embargoes), brokerage and technical assistance as well as technology transfer.
