Further to the new law on Controls of import, export and transit entered into force on July 24th, 2018 and further to the new Grand-Ducal regulation on controls on import, export and transit of dual-use goods, defense-related products and diamonds entered into force on December 24, 2018, new foms are used for procedures carried out with the OCEIT.
